Crowds have never been bigger in America's airports.

For the first time I can recall in 20+ years, there wasn't a major air rage incident reported.

Sure there were some loud, obnoxious passengers. Yet, nothing that classifies as big news.

This is a good development.

Possibly the raising of the penalties and consequences for committing air rage are serving as strong incentives for folks to behave.

Time will tell: the holiday travel season is still ahead of us.

On top of 83 attempted murder charges, the jump seat pilot who was high on mushrooms and tried to take the controls to crash the plane is also being charged with one count of interfering with flight crew.
