Disruptive passengers, the perpetrators of air rage, have a long history of "hijacking" airplanes. The most recent case seems to be the AeroMexico flight from Cancun to Mexico City.

Another common security occurrence: employees of an airline are caught allowing an illegal item - in this case people- to traverse the air transport system. Such incidents open up the system for even more dangerous levels of risk exposure.
